# Actions Overview

Actions let your AI Double do things — not just answer questions. Set up automations that trigger based on conversation flow, visitor intent, or specific conditions.

There are three types of actions:

* **Skills** — Single, instant tasks triggered during chat (built-in or app-connected)
* **Workflows** — Multi-step automations that connect multiple apps and tools together
* **Presentations** — Upload slide decks for your Double to present, slide by slide, in your voice\\
