# Best Practices

**Structure your deck**

* 5-10 slides for quick demos
* 15-20 slides for in-depth walkthroughs
* One concept per slide
* Avoid text-heavy slides (your Double speaks the content)
* Use visuals to support spoken content

**Write effective AI instructions**

* Be specific: "When they ask to see the pricing tiers" (not just "demo")
* Include context: "Offer a 10-minute walkthrough of the onboarding process"
* Keep it brief (1-2 sentences)
* Update instructions based on conversation patterns

**Engage viewers**

* Opening message sets expectations: "This 5-minute walkthrough covers..."
* Slide intros bridge transitions: "Now, let me show you the dashboard"
* Closing asks for next steps: "Ready to get started? I can walk you through setup"
* Offer Q\&A: "Any questions? I can dive deeper into any feature"

**Test before sharing**

* Test the full presentation yourself
* Test on mobile and desktop
* Verify voice timing (Double shouldn't rush)
* Check that opening/closing messages are clear
* Share link with team for feedback

**Optimize for conversions**

* End with a clear call-to-action
* Offer next steps (schedule call, try free trial, etc.)
* Track which presentations get completed
* Update based on viewer feedback
