# Connecting YouTube

Import YouTube videos to train the AI Double on video content. Videos are automatically transcribed so the AI can reference what has been shared.

## **How to connect YouTube**

1. Open **Knowledge** (find it in the sidebar under **Configure**)
2. Click **YouTube** in the Data Sources section
3. Paste YouTube video URLs (one or multiple)
4. Click **Transcribe and train**

YouTube content appears in the **Social's Data** section on the same page.

## **What to know**

* Videos are transcribed using available captions
* Only videos with captions can be processed
* Video titles, descriptions, and timestamps are included
* Processing time varies by video length

## **Best practices**

Connect YouTube to:

* Create educational or tutorial content
* Share expertise through video
* Reference explanations in AI responses
* Include podcasts or interviews on YouTube

## **Managing YouTube connection**

To disconnect, click the trash icon next to the video in the **Social's Data** section.
