Provide background details about work, expertise, and focus areas so the AI Double has full context on who someone is and what they do.

## **How to add Context Instructions**

1. Open **Knowledge** (find it in the sidebar under **Configure**)
2. Click **Context Instructions** at the bottom of the Data Sources section
3. Type context in the text field (up to 1,500 characters)
4. Click **Save Instructions**

Context Instructions apply across all knowledge sources.

## **What to know**

* **1,500 character limit** - Keep it focused and clear
* **Applies to all sources** - Works alongside PDFs, websites, and social content
* **Can be updated anytime** - Update context as needed

## **Best practices**

Use Context Instructions to add:

* Specialization or niche focus

* Important context about approach
* Details that help qualify conversations
