# Does Social Media Auto-Update?

No. Social media connections don't update automatically. The AI Double only uses the content that was imported when first connected.

## **How to refresh social content**

To get the latest posts:

1. Go to **Knowledge Base**
2. Delete the existing social media connection
3. Reconnect the profile

This imports recent posts and updates the AI Double's knowledge.

## **When to refresh**

Update social connections when:

* Significant new content has been posted
* Expertise or focus has evolved
* AI needs to reference recent insights
