Email Signature for Teams

If you're part of a theDouble team, note that when an admin updates email signature settings in Brand Settings, the signature will be updated in your theDouble dashboard.
However, you'll need to manually update your email client signature — it won't update automatically in Gmail or other email clients.
How to update your signature
- Go to your theDouble dashboard
- Navigate to Share Settings > Email Signature
- Click Copy Signature
- Paste the new signature in your email client settings
