How to Add Your theDouble Email Signature

Email signatures are a powerful way to share your professional profile with every email you send.

theDouble makes it easy to create and add professional email signatures to your email client.

Step 1: Access Your Email Signature

  1. Go to your theDouble dashboard
  2. Navigate to theDouble Settings (accessible from your home page or within the builder)
  3. Click on Share Settings
  4. Find the Email Signature section

Step 2: Copy Your Signature

Click the Copy Signature button. Your signature is now copied to your clipboard as formatted HTML.

Step 3: Add to Your Email Client

For Gmail

  1. Open Gmail and click the gear icon (Settings)
  2. Go to See all settings
  3. Scroll down to the Signature section
  4. Create a new signature or edit an existing one
  5. Paste your copied signature (Ctrl+V or Cmd+V)
  6. Save your changes

For Outlook

  1. Go to File > Options > Mail
  2. Click Signatures
  3. Click New to create a signature
  4. Paste your copied signature in the text box
  5. Click OK to save

For Other Email Clients

Most email clients support HTML signatures. Look for "Signature" or "Email Signature" in your settings and paste the copied content.
