Common Issues

Signature not displaying correctly

  • Make sure you're pasting the signature as HTML, not plain text
  • Some email clients strip HTML formatting — try using the "Paste as HTML" option if available
  • Clear your browser cache and try copying the signature again

Images not showing

  • Some email clients block images by default
  • Recipients may need to click "Display images" to see your full signature
  • Ensure your images are hosted on theDouble's servers (they are by default)

Signature looks different on mobile

  • Email signatures may render differently on mobile devices
  • This is normal behavior for responsive email design
  • Test your signature by sending a test email to yourself

Team signature not updating

  • Remember that updating brand settings only updates the signature in your theDouble dashboard
  • You must manually copy and paste the new signature into your email client
