Common Issues
Signature not displaying correctly
- Make sure you're pasting the signature as HTML, not plain text
- Some email clients strip HTML formatting — try using the "Paste as HTML" option if available
- Clear your browser cache and try copying the signature again
Images not showing
- Some email clients block images by default
- Recipients may need to click "Display images" to see your full signature
- Ensure your images are hosted on theDouble's servers (they are by default)
Signature looks different on mobile
- Email signatures may render differently on mobile devices
- This is normal behavior for responsive email design
- Test your signature by sending a test email to yourself
Team signature not updating
- Remember that updating brand settings only updates the signature in your theDouble dashboard
- You must manually copy and paste the new signature into your email client
