How AI Double Limits Work For Teams
How AI Double Limits Work For Teams
How AI Double Limits Work for Teams
Teams work on pooled limits - the entire organization shares one combined limit, not per user. This includes admins, teams, and all team members.
Two types of pooled limits
1. Training Words (Knowledge)
- Measured at the organization level
- Plans come with a set number (e.g., 5 million or 20 million training words)
- Used when uploading knowledge:
- Documents and PDFs to Company Brain
- Team Knowledge uploads
- Individual uploads (LinkedIn, Twitter, websites, etc.)
All knowledge uploads across the organization count toward this shared limit.
2. AI Double Responses (Conversations)
- Chat messages - Text replies when users chat with AI Doubles
- Voice minutes - Voice conversation time when users talk with AI Doubles
- Each has separate limits, but both are shared across the organization
All conversations with AI Doubles - including text replies and voice minutes - count toward this shared limit.
Think of it this way
An admin uploads 15 million training words to Company Brain. Then 100 team members upload their LinkedIn and Twitter data. All uploads count toward the organization's training words limit.
Ways to increase limits
- Add credits - Go to Settings → Billing to add more credits for knowledge, messages, and voice minutes
