How Individual Knowledge Works

Team members in an organization have their own Individual Knowledge as well. They can add and edit their own Knowledge Base, Personality, and Behaviour on top of Company Brain and Team Knowledge to make their AI Double more personalized.

How to access

1. Log in to Double and go to the Home page
2. Go to sidebar
3. Click anything in the sidebar - Knowledge Base, Personality, Behaviour

What can be edited

Knowledge Base

• Add PDFs, websites, custom text, social media
• Works on top of Company Brain and Team Knowledge

• Customize how the AI Double communicates
• Set presets, tone, and style

• Set custom instructions and guided questions
• Control how the AI Double behaves in conversations

How it works with other layers

With a team:

• AI Double knows Company Brain + Team Knowledge + Individual Knowledge

Without a team:

• AI Double knows Company Brain + Individual Knowledge

What cannot be edited

• Company Brain
• Team Knowledge

Only admins and team admins can edit those levels.
