Setting Up Company Brain
Company Brain is the centralized knowledge base for the entire organization. Whatever an admin adds here automatically flows to every AI Double in the company.
How to access Company Brain
- Log in to Double and go to the Home page
- Click the dropdown in the top right corner
- Select the organization
- Click Knowledge Base in the sidebar
This now shows the Company Brain - the organization level knowledge base.
What Company Brain does
- Admin uploads documents, websites, or any knowledge here
- All AI Doubles in the organization automatically receive this knowledge
- Acts as the foundation - every team member's AI Double knows this
- Team and individual knowledge works on top of this
Who can edit Company Brain
Only admins can add or remove knowledge in Company Brain. Team members and regular users cannot change anything at this level.
What can be added
- PDFs and documents
- Websites
- Custom text
- Social media profiles
- Any knowledge source available in Knowledge Base
How it works with other layers
- Company Brain + Team Knowledge - Team members get company knowledge plus their team's specific knowledge
- Company Brain + Individual Knowledge - If no team knowledge exists, individuals still get company knowledge plus their own
Company Brain is always the base. Everything else builds on top of it.
