How do I invite or remove team members?

Easily manage who's on your team and what access they have.

To invite a team member

  1. Navigate to Settings → Teams or go to Card Space or any specific team page
  2. Click the + button (top right)
  3. Select Invite Co-workers
  4. Enter the following details:
    • Email address
    • Role (sets their access rights)
    • Team assignment
  5. Click Submit

To remove or change user settings

  1. Navigate to Settings → Team settings
  2. Here you can:
    • Remove users from the organization
    • Transfer users between teams
    • Change user roles
Note: Only Owners, Account Admins, and Team Admins can invite or remove members. Members do not have permissions to invite or remove others.
