Customizing Your AI Double

Control the AI Double's appearance with custom colors and avatars that match the brand.

How to customize

Go to Customize (find it in the sidebar under Double AI Twin)
Adjust accent color and avatar
Preview changes in real-time
Click Save Changes

Accent color

Choose from preset colors or enter a custom hex code
Appears in chat bubbles, buttons, and UI elements
Reset to default anytime

Avatar

There are two avatar options:

1. Double (animated)

Default avatar, always available
Click the gear icon to customize:
- Animation Speed - How fast the avatar moves
- Wave Density - Wave pattern intensity

2. Your Avatar

Upload photo or company logo
Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WEBP
GIFs are not supported

Preview changes

The preview panel shows changes in real-time before saving. Changes only apply after clicking Save Changes.

Common questions

What image size/format for avatars?

We support all common image formats except GIFs. GIF support is coming soon. Upload JPG, PNG, or any standard image format for the avatar.

Does it look the same on mobile and desktop?

Yes. Customizations appear consistently across all devices and screen sizes. Colors, avatars, and layout stay the same on both mobile and desktop.

Can I remove Double branding?

Yes, on paid plans. The Free Forever and Lite plans include Double branding. Upgrading to higher plans lets you completely remove branding and even whitelabel the entire interface. View pricing for details.
