Using a Custom Capture Form

Collect additional information from visitors beyond name and email using a custom gate form.

How to set up a custom form

1. Go to Lead Gating (find it in the sidebar under Double AI Twin)
2. Select Custom Form as the capture method
3. Add fields: name, business email, phone number, company, or any custom field
4. Mark fields as required or optional
5. Save changes

What to know

• Custom form data is unverified - Visitors can submit any information
• OAuth capture (Google/LinkedIn) verifies identity - Recommended when lead quality matters
• Email verification via OTP is coming soon for custom form email fields
• Fields collected here appear in the contact record automatically
