Viewing and Searching Conversations

Find and review individual conversations from the Chats section.

How to view conversations

1. Go to Chats (find it in the sidebar under Double AI Twin)
2. Click any conversation to open the full thread
3. The thread shows every message in order, including voice transcripts

What to know

• Conversations are listed in reverse chronological order
• Each entry shows visitor name (if captured), profile source, and timestamp
• Voice and chat conversations appear in the same list
