Chats Overview

Chats show all conversations visitors have had with the AI Double. Use it to monitor activity, review transcripts, and stay informed on what is being discussed.

What Chats shows

• All text and voice conversations with the AI Double
• Visitor identity (if lead gating captured their details)
• Which profile or embed the conversation came from
• Timestamp and channel (chat or voice)

Email alerts

An email notification is sent when a new conversation starts. The email includes who is talking, which profile they are on, and a direct link to the conversation thread.

Voice conversations in chats

Voice conversations are now included in the chat log alongside text conversations. Both appear in the same thread view.

Coming soon

• Conversation summaries - A short summary of each chat, automatically generated
• Human handover - Take over a conversation from the AI Double directly in the chat thread
