Uploading PDFs
Upload PDF documents to teach the AI Double about work, services, or expertise. The AI uses the text content to answer questions accurately.
How to upload PDFs
- Open Knowledge Base (find it in the sidebar under Double AI Twin)
- Click Upload PDF in the Data Sources section
- Select or drag PDF files
- Files upload automatically
PDFs appear in the Files section on the same page.
What to know
- Only searchable text is used - Scanned or handwritten PDFs won't work
- Upload multiple files - Select several PDFs at once
- Storage limits apply - Capacity depends on plan
Best practices
Upload PDFs that contain:
- Portfolio or case studies
- Service descriptions or offerings
- Background and experience details
- FAQs or common questions
- Product documentation or guides
Managing PDFs
To delete a PDF, click the trash icon next to the file name in the Files section.
