Managing Knowledge Sources

Edit, update, or remove knowledge sources to keep the AI Double's information accurate and current.

Viewing sources

All knowledge sources are organized in the Knowledge Base section:

  • Social's Data - LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and YouTube connections
  • Files - Uploaded PDFs
  • Links - Connected websites and pages
  • Text - Custom text entries

How to update sources

  • Custom text: Click the edit icon, update content, and save
  • Context Instructions: Click Context Instructions, make changes, and save
  • PDFs: Delete and upload the new version
  • Websites: Delete and add the updated URL
  • Social media (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube): Delete and reconnect to refresh content

How to delete sources

Click the trash icon next to any source to remove it. The AI Double stops using that information immediately.

Best practices

  • Review sources regularly to keep information current
  • Remove outdated PDFs or websites
  • Update custom text as services change
  • Reconnect social media periodically for fresh content
