Guided Questions are pre-defined questions that appear as clickable buttons to help users start conversations without typing.
How to add Guided Questions
- Go to Behaviour (find it in the sidebar under Double AI Twin)
- Scroll to Guided Questions
- Type a question and press Enter
- Add multiple questions
- Questions appear in the AI Double's chat
What to know
- Questions appear as clickable buttons
- Users can click to instantly ask
- Reduces friction - no typing needed
- Helps guide conversations to relevant topics
Best practices
Keep questions:
- Short and clear
- Relevant to expertise
- Action-oriented when possible
Good examples:
- "What do you do?"
- "How can you help me?"
- "How can I connect with you again?"
Avoid:
- Long, complex questions
- Multiple questions in one chip
- Vague or unclear phrasing
Managing questions
To remove a question, click the X next to it in the Behaviour settings.
