Using Guided Questions

Guided Questions are pre-defined questions that appear as clickable buttons to help users start conversations without typing.

How to add Guided Questions

1. Go to Behaviour (find it in the sidebar under Double AI Twin)
2. Scroll to Guided Questions
3. Type a question and press Enter
4. Add multiple questions
5. Questions appear in the AI Double's chat

What to know

• Questions appear as clickable buttons
• Users can click to instantly ask
• Reduces friction - no typing needed
• Helps guide conversations to relevant topics

Best practices

Keep questions:

• Short and clear
• Relevant to expertise
• Action-oriented when possible

Good examples:

• "What do you do?"
• "How can you help me?"
• "How can I connect with you again?"

Avoid:

• Long, complex questions
• Multiple questions in one chip
• Vague or unclear phrasing

Managing questions

To remove a question, click the X next to it in the Behaviour settings.
