Contacts Overview

Contacts is a personal CRM that stores information about every visitor who has identified themselves through Lead Gating. All conversations with a contact are accessible in one place.

How contacts are created

A contact is created automatically the first time a visitor passes through Lead Gating. Their name, email, and any other captured details are stored as a contact record.

What each contact record includes

• Name, email, and any other details captured via gating or the custom form
• Full conversation history across all sessions
• Notes - Add manual notes to any contact
• Timeline - Chronological view of all interactions

How contact data is used

• The AI Double references past conversations to personalize future interactions with the same visitor
• Chat history is added to the AI Double's memory for that contact
• Contact data can be exported as a CSV

• Automatic contact enrichment from conversation summaries
• CRM integrations - Send contacts directly to HubSpot, Salesforce, or Google Sheets via Zapier or native integrations
