Exporting Contacts

Export all contacts as a CSV file to use in external tools or CRMs.

How to export contacts

1. Go to Contacts (find it in the sidebar under Double AI Twin)
2. Click Export
3. A CSV file downloads automatically

What is included in the export

• Name, email, and all captured form fields
• Contact creation date

What to know

• Conversation transcripts are not included in the CSV export
• CRM integrations via Zapier and native connectors are coming soon
